2006 Volunteer of the Year
Helen O. Steinmetz, Carbon PASR 2006 Volunteer of the Year was presented the
PASR Volunteer of the Year pin by Janet O. Hall, Carbon PASR Community
Service Co- Chairman, for her many volunteer hours dedicated
in the Educational, Social Services, Political, religious

2004 Volunteer of the Year
Joseph D'Andrea, 2003 Carbon County Volunteer of the year
