Helen O. Steinmetz, Carbon PASR 2006 Volunteer of the Year was presented the PASR Volunteer of the Year pin by Janet O. Hall, Carbon PASR Community Service Co- Chairman, for her many volunteer hours dedicated in the Educational, Social Services, Political, religious and Services to Youth categories. Congratulations to Helen from Carbon PASR members and State PASR president Gene Hummel.

2004  Volunteer of the Year

 

Joseph D'Andrea, 2003 Carbon County Volunteer of the year

congratulates  Phyllis Seems, as the Carbon's 2004 Volunteer of the Year.  Phyllis received a  "V- Shaped" volunteer pin from the local chapter. At a recent Region 2 PASR meeting in Hellertown,  PASR certificate of  congratulations from the PASR state organization for her many volunteer hours dedicated in the Educational, Social Services, Political, religious and Services to Youth categories were presented to Phyllis.
